🗃️ Qualification Details : (i) Must have a University Degree from a recognised institution, with preference given to those with a Degree in Law; (ii) Must have successfully completed the Government Commercial Certificate Examination or The individual must have successfully completed an examination administered by a Government Board or obtained a Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC) or completed an I.T.I. programme for English Typing with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher. (iii) Hold a Computer Certificate demonstrating competency in operating Word Processor in both Windows and Linux, as well as in M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar7, and Open Office Org. The certificate must be received from one of the following Institutes: a) Universities created in accordance with the Maharashtra Universities Act of 1994. b) Goa/Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. c) NIC – National Informatics Centre h) DATAPRO – Data Processing Professionals d) DOEACC – Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses i) SSI – Small Scale Industries e) APTECH – Aptech Computer Education j) BOSTON – Boston Computer Institute f) NIIT – National Institute of Information Technology k) CEDIT – Centre for Development of Imaging Technology g) C-DAC – Centre for Development of Advanced Computing l) MS-CIT – Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology m) Certificate / Qualification regarding Computer knowledge specified in Government Resolutions dated 04/02/2013, 08/01/2018 and 16/07/2018 issued by Information Technology (GAD) Department of Government of Maharashtra.

As per the official notification, the Bombay High Court Clerk selection process is going to be having three rounds. Go through the details of all the rounds by scrolling along with the space below:
Written Exam: The written examination shall be held for only those who have the Bombay High Court Clerk eligibility. The exam shall be held for 70 marks for a duration of 1 hour.
Typing Test: In this round, the candidate shall be asked to type the matter provided to the candidate on the computer. This round shall be held for 20 marks.
